We implemented product reviews addon app a few weeks ago and has been great so far. I like the email automation and which our customers are able to review right from the email along with other customizations. Support has been excellent and responsive, too!

We have tried many review apps so far but no more we are looking for one since Stamped.io is just what we needed. Let me just say that none of them can compare to this app. It has really detailed and simple interface with all the features you need for your store's review section also you can send review reminder mails through app's internal features. They have such a support team that is really professional when it comes to helping and completing tasks that we could not managed to fulfill, they were always in the line when we need it.10/10 app and support!!

Works great. Easy for the customer to write a review without being too invasive. Adding a % off voucher also is great way to encourage more reviews. Also requesting pictures of customers creations with the product is an awesome way to create a community with your brand.

A must have but too expensive hence the 4 stars.

The customer service on this app is incredible. Any question I had was handled so quickly (even on the weekend) and every time they went above and beyond, even fixing an issue that was not related to the app. The app makes getting reviews so much more streamlined and easy.

We found out the widget has not been allowing customers to submit reviews over the last few weeks. We have reached out a couple of time and have not heard back. I would not recommend.

I have installed and used this app on 2 stores so far. The Stamped tech support is excellent and the app integrates easily with most of our other apps. Highly recommend!

Inactive support, Apps don't work as advertised, support doesn't acknowledge problem and thus doesn't solve, however they advise to you switch to a plan with higher monthly fee if we want to use bug free APP, fyi, we already already on a paid plan !!
