Product support non-existent. I edited the thank you page, but it keeps using the standard response. Asked for support 3x - no response at all.

I use the app to add reviews to my store and also import them from Etsy. I changed over from the Reviews App to Stamped due to a problem that the former app was causing when trying to get my pages indexed with Google. I was super impressed with the speed and personal service I got from the customer services team at Stamped. They updated my website for me overnight and corrected any issues immediately. A refreshing change from other experiences I’ve had! Thank you Stamped!

I had no trouble installing the app when I first used it. However, when I changed my theme to a new layout from Shopify, I wasn't able to get the ratings to appear on my websites. Once I sent in my request for help, the team got back to me within 30 min! Was so amazed by the service standard that I have to leave this review! Thumbs up for a great service! :)
Main issue is with their server. When we send review requests at 5pm and they don't actually send until 2am (with no visibility on when they will be sent), it defeats the purpose of being able to manually control what time your reviews are sent.
They have come back to say that "server volumes" caused the delay, but unfortunately the impact to our response rate has been material.
Great app. It needs some improvement as right now your review asks me to enter minimum 100 characters or i cant leave a review. Some people might want to say less.
I just download this app, cant wait to see the results. So far it was easy to install and I like what I'm seeing.
