Great app that's easy to use, and the customer service is top notch! Exactly what we were looking for.

App feature was good when I first stared using this app back in 2020. Now, there are many other review apps that have better features at much lower pricing. Also, I asked for customer support since my v2.0 theme wasn't showing review widgets correctly. However, their responsibility is poor, I had been waiting for many days now, and still no reply. Now, I decided to change review app to others. But exporting reviews are so difficult, since all photo review URLs cannot be exported. If you are looking for review app, and reading this comment, I strongly suggest you "don't use this app."

The app is quite easy to use and the service from the team is great. However, they should allow a certain number of reviews with photo upload under the free plan. This would allow start up entrepreneurs more leeway before upgrading to the paid plans.

Simply the best customer service I have ever got! In fact it was that good and I was that impressed I have now modeled their customer service model into my own business. App is amazing and I have tried many on here but the USP has to be the service they give!

They installed everything for me within 30 minutes of emailing them! GET THIS APP!!

I started off with the unpaid version and was ready to commit to a paid plan straight off the bat and Im not usually one to go with paid apps.
The customer service is unreal and respond to your emails super fast. Im really bad with coding so the team helped me integrate the coding for my website to show reviews on my home page and on my shop products page within a few hours.

THe best, Effective and easy to use. Does what it says it does. You don't have to do anything once installed.

Great app, but it would be even better if I could customize the email wording and review buttons for my German customers.

I really love how customizable it is and it's fairly intuitive to use. For the things I wasn't able to figure out on my own, Tommy from the support team was fantastic and fixed all of my issues very quickly! I encountered a couple of customizations that I wasn't able to do on my end which was a bit annoying, but the support team was able to do it for me.

The app is extremely easy to use and navigate. It was easy to set-up and upload all information. What was even better was the customer service I received from Stamped.io. It was incredible. The transition from our other review platform was seamless. Very grateful to the team!
