Automatic credibility. I like it.
Super fast and responsive support, great importer functional, great looking widgets, definitely recommend.
So far so good! I have just set everything up and have yet to ask for any reviews because it's Sunday night and I'm waiting for a time that seems more appropriate.
Despite having many other features - including automatic email sequencing - the Stamped.io app is allowing me to match the tone of my shop. I'm going to send a plain-text email with a link to a stand-alone review page.
I had a few questions along the way and received prompt responses and tech help from Ivan Ong, one of the apps "Tech Heros". Note: the app clearly states somewhere that tech help is available only for paid plans, so I upgraded to the lowest tier plan before emailing them. It was already worth it.

App does exactly what I needed it for. Gives me a simply way to reach out to customers for reviews on products they have bought. It is easy for them to use as well. Also offers a spot on each product page for customers to add their review there as well. All in all, very happy. Oh and their tech support is very helpful if you need any help. I reached out to them and they fixed my problem fast.

Great app in my experience so far. The customer service has been very helpful and they offer a ton of customizability and flexibility. I was originally going to go with Yotpo but decided on Stamped and don't regret it!
