decent app, easy to use, very responsive customer service which is a huge plus. would prefer if more installation can be done by user and not rely on customer service but still 5 stars frm us
This app is very good, it takes a while to get used to but when you do it's worth it!
UPDATE: The Stamped.io team were amazing help and were very swift in their reply to me. I initially believed the API access wasn't available except on the enterprise plan but it is available on lower plans. I also requested a minor custom modification and it was resolved by the team very quickly. Cannot recommend more! Thank you!

I cannot rate the is app 5 star because the lack of support make it difficult for me explore the features and to confirm the app works with our website theme. I sent the developer a request 4 days ago and the only help with 1 part. I am still waiting for them to respond to my second query, which is to help with the badges not showing on the collection. Their support needs a big development.

I used this app to help our store to send out review emails, I like that it can auto send out the emails to our customers once they placed order with us and capture their most genuine reviews. The down side is that it will only capture one of the items customer has purchased but not the other items which customer wants to leave review for. Then customer will have to go to the product page to leave their review.
We switched over from Yotpo with great trepidation. Yotpo's sales team does a great job of creating fear of going with a smaller app developer and all the bad things that might happen.
But we're very happy with Stamped!
The managed the migration for us completely seamlessly. We now have functionality that was missing on Yotpo. support has been superb, and...
We're saving a LOT of our hard earned money.

I choose my apps based on functionality and support offered. When I ran into troubles getting this app setup their support team quickly resolved my issue. Actually, they have quickly resolved my issues multiple times.

I use this app first for free and it has been really helpfull but in my store we need to make an email so constantly that I had to use the $15 monthly. It has helped alot!
Super helpful app for allowing customers to leave reviews on your shopify store! The installation was a bit tricky to get exactly as we wanted, but the whole team at Stamped.io was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process of helping me implement customizations.
