Really happy with the app so far! For a little while now we've been searching for a way to make it simple for our customers to leave reviews and finding Stamped was a huge relief. Really easy to set up the back end and it connected automatically to our existing reviews app that runs on our website. The help team we super fast with responding to any questions we had
So glad I found this app! Truly - I have never had customer service and product support like it in this category (website development / integrations). They are so friendly and actively want to help you to sell more. It really is refreshing.
And this has all the features of their competitors and more, at a good price.
We are already getting a bunch of reviews, questions and customer interactions thanks to this and we only just launched.

The steps provided to get the app up and running were pretty easy to follow. When I did need help, customer service was very quick to help me, they even installed the widgets on my site for me! I got reviews on my site up in just a few hours. Definitely recommend!
So far this is a great app and does exactly what I want it to. I love that it automatically emails a customer following fulfilment and keeps the completion of the review within the email, so customer doesn't have to leave their email to complete it.

Good functionality, was easy to install. Great and fast customer service. I would really love if you guys can sync reviews from other channels like Etsy, not manually upload them all the time.
Anyway the app is good, I'm recommend.
This app is impressive. I had actually installed Yotpo before Stamped.io and they required me to manually enter product IDs and URLs to import reviews from Etsy. With 600 products, I wasn't going to do that. I reached out to Stamped.io and they ensured me the import process was simple and it was! All of the reviews from Etsy synced to the products in my shopify without a problem. I did have some trouble with setting up the DNS records so emails could send from my domain email, but again Stamped.io was so helpful in guiding me on how to enter the CNAME records. Highly recommend.
