Works well and saves time as it's all automated, also does reminders for those customers who don't respond the first time around. Support is good with quick responses when needed.
Have been using this app for a while, tons of great features. We are on the Business plan, I love using the Rewards and Loyalty snippets. Great app, a complete app I would say. Highly Recommended. Oh yeah, the customer support is beyond phenomenal. Very quick to respond and take care of the issues for you. Don't think twice and Download it. A++++

I have used this app for quite a while now. I find it very good with brillaint customer service. It was a bit slow but I got onto the team and they sped up an awful lot. I would recommend going for this app for reviews.
Since installing this app my reviews have increased by 300%. It's a really simple user interface, the support is fantastic and the value for money is excellent.
