I have used other review apps but this is the best - the fact that the emails come from my designated business email means that they look a lot more credible.

Also the way that the review template is built into the email makes the process easier for the customer, which I am sure increases conversions.

And the fact that the app is pretty much automated frees up my time - priceless!

It's not possible to remove this app from your Facebook page without it showing up as an error across the entire screen. I installed this app again in order to be able to remove the app from Facebook. But instead of being able to remove it, I was charged for the entire month.

Thank you for your review and feedback.

Due to changes in the Facebook interface, the removal of custom tabs in business pages will require Facebook support's assistance.

As for the unintended charge, our billing team will be reaching out to you in an email to get this resolved, and ensure that a refund is processed accordingly.

Slow support and no urgency to fix issues, it's also pretty expensive at scale - more so than others.
It simply stopped sending emails completely and when asked to fix it, nothing has been done - it's been two weeks with no solution from their side so I'm paying for an app that isn't doing it's sole job... sending out review emails... UPDATE: DESPITE THE REPLY FROM STAMPED - OVER A MONTH HAS GONE PAST WITH NO RESOLUTION. IT IS QUITE SIMPLY THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN 10 YEARS OF ECOMMERCE

This app is great for reviews! It's pricing is reasonable and it's function is excellent. The real winner on this app for me is that it emails the customers and asks for a review, in my experience you will almost never get reviews if you don't do this, but it's also very time consuming to do manually. I also loved that this app was able to easily import my reviews from a different review app so I didn't lose those older reviews.

I sell vintage which is why I chose to install the Stamped.io Reviews app on my site rather than the more basic Product Reviews app. I wanted the ability to display my customer reviews as a group (as opposed to on a product page) because my items are all one-of-a-kind . The user documentation provided is good so I was able to get 90% of the way through by myself before I encountered an issue re: the photos uploading that required me to contact the support team directly. I am pleased to report they resolved everything very quickly, on a weekend no less! The functionality provided by the app is excellent and the support is even better. Color me a happy Stamped.io client.
