I used this app and finally got customer reviews coming in! Previous review apps that I used could not get me any reviews. I like how the email widget allows customers to write a review in the email itself without having to navigate to a new window. Definitely rec this app & I am very satisfied with Stamped.io customer service as they solved my issue within a day.

I've used Stamped.io review app for numerous sites now. Each time, received top-notch customer service: a) the tech team is super responsive b) they will go above and beyond the call of duty customizing their app to fit each theme, change the language so it feels like our brand(s), etc.
Each time after installing this app, I have seen a real spike in the amount of reviews customers leave, which has directly linked to conversion to sales.
Overall, an amazing, amazing and highly recommended!

Con esta aplicación buscamos fortalecer las reseñas de nuestro sitio. La aplicación lo permite y lo mejor es que genera confianza porque verifica que si sea un review de un comprador real. Tuve un pequeño inconveniente al instalarla pero SALEM me ayudo muy rapido y todo quedo perfecto.
Haven't had the app long enough to start seeing a bunch of reviews rolling in, but based on the customer service from stamped.io, I'm feeling good!
I spent a fair amount of time getting everything all customized and their support team was responsive helping me figure things out.
Very useful app. Customer support was also very quick to respond and resolve a small issue i had. I would recommend this to any online store owner. :)

Awesome app and awesome support!
So many options that setting them up was a little difficult. Would like a setup wizard. Customer service was quick and helpful.
i emailed yotpo to give them a chance before i walked away but they never replied. So i emailed these guys after hearing great things, went to bed, woke up and the change over was done. customer service is spot on (im on the higher plan not sure if that makes a difference)
Yotpo can go jump. same price for 6 times more orders processed and more flexibility and better customer service,
very happy
