App is difficult to set up and use, does not work with gmail and did not collect any reviews for me during the six weeks I used it. When I decided to change apps, I was unable to download the reviews I had collected from another app and imported into stamped.io., despite following their method of using filters. If you have a lot of time and patience to spend chatting with customer support, you can probably get this to work. If you want an app that works out of the box, however, this is not it.

Our app definitely works with Gmail, and you'll be able to update the settings to use your store's own email address.
There is also the option of a self-export of reviews in the dashboard available for all our users, here's the guide: https://help.stamped.io/article/238-review-exporting-reviews-checkout-comments

I used the app to help me with my shopify store. It was a bit difficult to understand at first but after putting effort into it, I was able to figure it out. It would be helpful if there were video tutorials that were easily accessible to supplement it. Other than that it was great!

We like the app and the support team has been great. Have only used the free version, but will probably need to upgrade to paid in the future.
Super Easy to use, would be handy to have it drop in widgets via a css tag added to a div and then the widget appears under that element but other than that great.
Good app! We had a few issues with importing reviews from our old website but we were able to get them resolved. Support is very helpful. We wanted the placement of our reviews moved to a new location on our website and they could do that for us in a timely manner. We are now just waiting on orders to come in so we can send review requests.

Very easy to set-up and get started. Everything seems quite easy and intuitive to use, and the free tier seems to have everything you need to get your product reviews up and running. I'm looking forward to learning more about it as I use the product. Only negative is that this request for a review hangs on your dashboard until you complete one and, while I appreciate the strategy and its effectiveness, it would be cooler if they let folks use this product a bit more BEFORE encouraging them to submit the review...as that would probably result in more experienced, insightful reviews from users.
