I just started using the app! They have lots of functions that most reviews app don’t have which is really great! and customer service and tech support is super fast and helpful! It means a lot to me.

Splendid team and support given by Stamped. Even after we revamped our site they help us reconfigure it again to suit the new theme. Always very helpful! Only thing that is missing now is that the api to loyalty apps! but other then that best review app around!

Nice automation and really easy to get more reviews through the program. It helps to experiment with settings for the best result, but you get tons of control on the user end. Once you get it set, it basically runs itself.
Nice moderation controls as well and I especially like that you can message customers directly through the dashboard. Helps us to turn around negative reviews that were because of some confusion.
Review look good on the website as well and easy to push to other platforms.
We've tried a few different review aps, and Stamped seems to be the best one available for Shopify stores.
It's simple to set up and it gives results within days. Well worth it. What's more, there are real humans that respond quickly to your questions.

Great customer service, and once it's set up, the app works exactly as it's supposed to. I've removed one star because it is not at all easy to setup, and when we first upgraded to the more expensive and comprehensive version of the app, there wasn't even any explanation of how to access the user portal, so we literally could not figure out how to move forward.
As soon as we reached out to Rachelle and Tommy they were super responsive and helpful, but feels like there should be a manual or guide or something to allow users to set themselves up and have a more comprehensive problem solving section. But now that we're set up, we're quite pleased with the product.
