this builder is a game changer for small businesses looking to attract more attention to their brand, the best website builder hands down whether you're dropshipping or physically wholesaling at home...the many advancements that come with shopify makes me love it. They don't just give you a website they help you grow! every website i have will be built on shopify.
It seems pretty good at first pass... a little bit complicated to customize everything when working through the helper, for instance, I have to go through the whole process to skip to the section I abandoned. I like the scheduling function and notifications.

Just installed it and so far so good. I'm really happy with it already. The setup instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. I had a question and received a super fast response from their customer service.
Amazing customer service! Always get a helpful response within a max of 30 min. The only thing that could be sped up a tad would be how quickly the review emails are sent out. they seem to go through a server and not directly to the customer so there is quite a long delay in sending the review email and the customer receiving it. Otherwise super happy with this app and the incredibly helpful team behind it
so far so good! cust service was helpful in setting up the widget's location on the site. already got 3 reviews since installed earlier and love how the new reviews look! pretty cool that we can now show attributes that can help customers choose the right size for them
This app really sucks, I've had much better luck with Fera reviews. The integration is sloppy and not streamlined like Fera, and the support is straight up BAD. Support only answers tickets via email, which take 12-24 hours per response. It takes them 4+ emails just to understand the problem, so don't expect to have issues solved within at least 4 days. I am currently on the free plan so maybe that's why they're so bad, but nonetheless it does NOT make me want to continue to work with them and use the paid version. I will probably be uninstalling if my problem is not fixed after the last email I just sent them.

I couldn't import reviews properly and immediately uninstalled the app. I've since requested customer support (mainly "James") to cancel my plan and issue a full refund but they keep avoiding the request.
Eventually I was billed the full amount in my monthly Shopify billing and this has yet to be resolved.
This is the only app where I've had so much trouble getting a refund. I'd avoid this app and look for something else.

They say they allow video reviews, yeah after you install the free version you need to upgrade to the next plan just to have ANY options... Then when you pay $29 you find out that if you want video reviews you need to pay $199 a month. What a joke. I've ran hundreds of reviews with loox on my other sites and have had great results, I should have stayed with them. Deleting this app and going back to loox. Call me when all your features are $50 or less a month
