This would be a great APP if it worked. I find issues ALL THE TIME with features not working, not updating. You think everything is working fine but you never find out until you check. You have to check every feature every once in a while to make sure it's working as it should and VERY OFTEN it's not the case. I just found out dozens of approved reviews have not been published... went back months ...

It's impossible to get support after just over 4 weeks of following up every other days... We have migrated from Magento 2 on Stamped.io to Shopify Plus and all our points are screwed up, new Shopify orders doesn't add to Customer account, the widget is not showing, etc. etc. I could go for hours.

Inactive support, Apps don't work as advertised, support doesn't acknowledge problem and thus doesn't solve, however they advise to you switch to a plan with higher monthly fee if we want to use bug free APP, fyi, we already already on a paid plan !!
