Wonderful product and customer service.
Initially, we were with Yotpo review app - a really expensive product for a small/new online shop. Shopry has provided similar functionality at best price and it comes with excellent service.
Some great functionality offered, and it's great when it actually does what it says it will do. But good grief it's painful getting there. Some of the advertised functionality doesn't actually work. Some only works with impractical work arounds. And the UX of the app isn't great. It's the most buggy app I've ever used on Shopify. Plus customer service for anything other than basic stuff is incredibly slow. First responders answer quickly on the helpchat, but then pass you through to a second tier that responds via email and then things get mired down, often to a standstill. And if your issue it too difficult they just quietly abandon it.

Never figured out how to post my reviews to my actual website. There are videos on YouTube explaining how to install and use this app, but no one actually shows/tells you how to post the reviews to your website. Isn't this the whole point? This shouldn't be rocket science. Waste of time.

Great app, the customer service is super fast and 5 star! Easy installation and the reviews look great on the site. A well priced app for reviews compared to some other review apps out there. Would highly recommend this app. Feel free to view how it looks on site at https://thechicnest.com.au/
App is difficult to set up and use, does not work with gmail and did not collect any reviews for me during the six weeks I used it. When I decided to change apps, I was unable to download the reviews I had collected from another app and imported into stamped.io., despite following their method of using filters. If you have a lot of time and patience to spend chatting with customer support, you can probably get this to work. If you want an app that works out of the box, however, this is not it.

Our app definitely works with Gmail, and you'll be able to update the settings to use your store's own email address.
