This app was a huge step up for us from "Product Reviews" - biggest problem we needed solving was sending post-purchase emails where they could rate their product right in the email and this app does it perfectly!
Customer service is top notch. Even giving me assistance on a saturday night to make sure my reviews were all set for launch. 10/10
It's an amazing review app for us.
Made very easy for me to collect the reviews on my products. These reviews has definitely helped me improving the sales of my stores because I can clearly see the repeating customers coming on my store again and again and this has build the trust.
So far the help has been great - questions or progress made within a few hours of emailing. Enjoying the app and the features and the pricing seems to scale appropriately.
Saw this app used by another brand when they sent me an email that was able to collect reviews easily within the email itself. Thought that was exceptional so swapped out Shopify's default Product Reviews app with this and it's been amazing. Customer service is simply fantastic. Asked them how to make a couple of customizations and a few hours later, get an email saying changes have already been implemented directly in my store!! Fantastic!

Easily the best Shopify app experience I've had. Shopry's Product Reviews Addon gives our store ratings and reviews features that would cost $699 per month with Yotpo at a fraction of the cost. If that wasn't enough, the Shopry team is absolutely leading the app store with availability and support. Installing Product Reviews Addon is one of those "no-brainer" business decisions that every Shopify store owner should take a look at.
