Have only had the app for a week. Customisations need a developer but the basic features are great and so is the customer service after installation.

We do have basic customization options on the app which will cover most of our users' needs, but any advanced customizations will require some CSS coding knowledge.

paid for the upgraded plan and received zero support. I have emailed ten times and all I get is canned response. No onboarding what so ever. Definitively a waste of time and money. No phone either!

I cannot fault the customer support I have received in setting up both this and their Rewards/Loyalty app. I am looking forward to linking the reviews and rewards apps to offer an integrated service to my customers and make it easier for me to manage my store.

I tried 3 other similar products. Stamped.io had the cleanest dashboard and fastest customer support. The tool is very intuitive and much more powerful than the others in terms of granular controls and site hosting.
