The customer service is really responsive and very helpful. Even though we reached out to them in public holiday, they responded and resolved the issue very quickly. Appreciated it.
Great app! It helps other customers make their purchasing decisions when choosing products. Just wish you could upload photos with reviews.

We do support upload of photos with reviews, which is a popular feature amongst our users and will require a paid plan.

Although there were some communication issues and different consultants attending to the same issue, we eventually still managed to resolve the issue.
All good for now. Small issues on setup but quick responses from support and fix them. I still need to test all the many features it have, but it seems OK for now.
the team is very responsive and patient. they resolved my issues within a few hours. highly recommended!
A little bit of time needed to find your way around and learn how to use it buts it a good powerful app.
