So far so good! I have just set everything up and have yet to ask for any reviews because it's Sunday night and I'm waiting for a time that seems more appropriate.
Despite having many other features - including automatic email sequencing - the Stamped.io app is allowing me to match the tone of my shop. I'm going to send a plain-text email with a link to a stand-alone review page.
I had a few questions along the way and received prompt responses and tech help from Ivan Ong, one of the apps "Tech Heros". Note: the app clearly states somewhere that tech help is available only for paid plans, so I upgraded to the lowest tier plan before emailing them. It was already worth it.

Great addon and definitely helps making reviews more authentic.
Awesome app. We had some trouble syncing fulfilled orders automatically with Stamped.io but their rock star customer support worked tirelessly to figure out the problem, make the code change and get it working. All this when we were just using their free trial version, too. Now we are paying customers and we couldn't be happier!

Very easy user friendly platform. Emails are easy to customize and there are lots of features that go just beyond text reviews. The free plan works up to 50 orders which is a really great deal I think. The customer service is great too they replied within minutes of my inquiry.

We've been using this app for some time now and couldn't be happier with the service and support. Highly recommended for all store sizes.
I tried to collect feedback using google reviews, but that has not been effective at all. Now i can send out reminders, ask for specific details about the purchase/goods (like: where did you use this) and my customers happily provide pictures of the goods. Stamped comes with a fair pricing and is highly customizable, even in the lowest plan!
