I use this App for my reviews and have been with them for years. I wouldn't think of switching as they are so responsive as a team - the support is just fantastic. You feel like you are dealing with real people - actually - friends you haven't met. The App is the very best at what it does - and the team that's behind it - would give 6 stars if I could. So far the BEST customer service I've received from any app developer, Almost instant reply and does everything you need help with right away. High recommend, we have updated to Premium plan right away too, cant wait to create more social proof to our products!
I've been using this Stamped.io reviews app for some time now and it's really easy to use and has great impact for potential customers browsing on my store. There are a few minor improvements I'd like to see (mainly around the visual appearance of some of the widgets), but they're workable as they are. But what I find most great is the customer support - really responsive team, emails answered within 1-2 hours at most and always willing to help to resolve any questions you have. Particular thanks to Christopher S for helping a technophobe like me make sense of things! Highly recommend! :)
