Unbelievably great customer service. They respond so quickly and work with you to solve any issues immediately. Tons of features, no complaints!
Excellent service and excellent app. It is a little pricey, but you get a lot of functionality for what you pay for. The AI sentiment on reviews is pretty spot on most of the time saving time to not have to manually approve each review.
I have been in the process of transferring my store from BigCommerce to Shopify and they have been very helpful in assisting me to migrate my reviews between their app on BC to Shopify.
Overall I strongly recommend this app.
