Absolutely love and recommend the app. I was having issues figuring out how to display product reviews under each product and on collection pages however, Eslam, my representative assisted me in getting everything resolved as soon as possible. I love using the app and having such great support staff.

I do love the bag! I have been on the lookout for a new one for some time and this is perfect. It is attractive, light weight, has the right sized pockets for drinks, balls, towels, paddles and phone. so well designed to be functional and fashionable.

AWESOME support. It is a Saturday and the chatbot was of little use. It then invited me to get in touch via email. I was not expecting much.

But then I got a reply in less than 2 minutes I would say. My reviews were missing all of a sudden and they needed to add some customer display widget. Only thing that would have been better is if they were able to tell when this issue started and why.

Possibly due to my theme, another app, or Shopify itself. Mystery continues.

I was also happy that they offered to help with the fix. It simply took a collaboration request and about 10 minutes. It would have taken me MUCH longer I am sure.

Stamped has been a solid app to work with overall. My only compliant was when we were trying to get our Google Seller Ratings completed...their documentation was incorrect, but their team stepped up and helped us get it all worked out.

Repeated Issues with Importing Reviews from AliExpress to Stamped.io and Unresolved Problems.

I've been using the Stamped.io app for my Shopify store for some time now, and while the app has some useful features, my overall experience has been frustratingly negative.

The primary issue I've encountered is with the API integration, specifically when trying to import reviews from AliExpress and dealing with very slow customer support response and resolution. Every time I attempt this, I receive an error message stating that no HTTP resource was found to match the request URI. Despite attempting to resolve the issue with customer support assistance, the problem remains unresolved.

I've reached out to Stamped.io support multiple times about this issue, but unfortunately, the problem persists. It's disappointing to see that this critical functionality is consistently unreliable. The lack of resolution and the repeated nature of this issue have made it difficult to trust the app's reliability.

While the app has potential and offers good features when it works, the repeated technical issues and lack of effective support have been a significant drawback. I hope that Stamped.io can address these issues promptly and improve their support response to provide a better user experience.
