The support team was responsive, and knowledgable. Installation and going live took a bit of work, ONLY because my needs were unique and complicated. But they DID what I needed!. And did it well. I also really like the ability to block different products based on tags. I performed a bulk tag upload of a tag i titled "Sample" to every product I wanted to offer. A nice touch. I'm impressed. And would reccommend this app to anyone.

As a fabric store operating online, having the ability to offer samples to my customers is essential. As this is not a service offered by shopify I researched and found this Product Samples app. With some additional support from the app team I was able to integrate this into my shop beautifully. The operation and the appearance are all just as I wanted! When I had questions or requests the team responded quickly and professionally! I highly recommend this app!

The Product Samples app works like a dream. It's easy to install. Works perfect. I also can't say enough about the support. We asked if a custom change was possible and Luke tweaked the code to our specs in less than 30 minutes. We are customers for life.

I'm using this app to use it as Try at home option and it´s pretty handy and easy. The way of using is intuitive and you can contact the support team at any time and they help you with whatever you need. 100% recommended.

***UPDATE*** The support is as good, if not better than the product. Luke has been very responsive to our needs, even sending CUSTOM code sample for me to apply to meet one of our desires/requirements. We had a need to be able to distribute Free Swatches for our braided rugs. This is a perfect solution and Luke has been great in helping us make the needed tweaks to make it fit our business flow. Having a separate cart and drawer for samples is a BIG Plus!! Now customers can brows and add samples to a cart of samples and then check out with just those samples. The ability to limit this to certain products made it a perfect match for our Store! Thanks for a great and yet simple app!
