About Product Dreamlist

Shopify Product Dreamlist : With Product Dreamlist, Customers can create a Wishlist of all the products they wish to buy on Shopify Store. With this amazing app you can enable your Customers to create Wishlist Categories and save respective products in those Categories. The Customer is require to necessarily login in order to access the Wishlist Products added into it.

Features:

  1. Customers can create a list of their Favorite Products as Wishlist.

  2. Store Owner can track all the data of the Wishlist created, Products purchased etc.

  3. Customers can create Categories/Collections for Wishlist.

  4. Customers can add different products in different Wishlist Categories as per their choice.

  5. Customers can add Multiple Products in a Category.

  6. Store Owner can send Reminder Mails to the Customers to buy the Product(s) added in their Wishlist.

  7. Store Owner can send Reminder Mails to the Customers for the Product purchase in entire Wishlist Category.

  8. Various Wishlist Icons are available, Store Owner can even add new Icons in the app.

Configuration of Shopify Product Dreamlist is very simple and divided into 3 sections :

Mail Configuration

GENERAL CONFIGURATION : From General Configuration Section of the App you will set the Email and upload Shop Logo.

WISHLIST CONFIGURATION : From Wishlist Configuration you can select Wishlist Type, and can edit the Labels as well.

MAIL CONFIGURATION : Configure , Edit , Change and Reset the Content of Mails sent to the Customers from this section of the App.

I downloaded this app with high hopes, but was extremely disappointed. First off, when I tried to actually get the app installed on my front end, it didn't work. Second, after the app was downloaded and installed, I noticed functionality issues and visual issues throughout my website. I didn't realize the app was the source of the problems until after I uninstalled / deleted it, and then all of those issues went away. I do not recommend downloading this app.

I really thought this app was unique, but after more research, there are far better apps that allow you to create multiple wishlists AND add the same product to those wishlists. (Although this app says that's possible in the description, it's not, and when I notified the developer that it wasn't working, they said it wasn't available. The fact that they still leave this in their description seems deceptive.) Also, this app is very slow to load, 1.5s according to my speed tests. We've moved on to Wishl- load times are under a second.
