Customer service is AAA. The app is easy to install and it has some extra features for customization. Much better than what I used to have.

this app is great and the customer service through chat and through email is real quick, they have fixed almost everything I've asked for so far in making my theme customized for my customer thank you. *update* I have used this app for years, and it is still working well and the customer service is still amazing!!
I had some issues figuring out how to customize new products but there customer support helped out and resolved the issues.
A very expansive app and thoroughly helpful online staff. Very easy to set up and work with once you get started. Would highly recommend.

I've been using this app for several months and I love it! It's powerful enough that there is a little bit of a learning curve but their customer support is very fast and helpful so don't hesitate to dive in!

I have used and had apps built for me over the past 20 years ~ always bugs and non responsive on many platforms.
This is the 1st product i have found that does what it says on the tin !
Totally responsive and works on PC/TABLET/MOBILE - Obviously with any new app you need to learn how to use it, but the support i received got me going within 2 days ( responses were quicker than this ! but i needed to train myself ).
Early days to see what users think ! but i am very impressed.

Absolutely amazing app, so many customizable options in the app, including custom pricing options ! Its great that there are so many themes to choose from AND they helped me customize the options the customers can use. LOVE this app and LOVE the customer service even more. Shout out to NICK & Rashed! This is the 3rd custom product tool I've used , I can tell from day 1 I am never going to use anything else. GET THIS APP if you want to have complete control of your custom products!

Ran this app over a period of 6 mos. and I'm very impressed with the customizer. First off, incredible customer service, they're always very responsive. The app itself run very smoothly and my customers loves it. Make sure you install this app guys!!
