De nombreux problème remontées de la part de mes clients. Les produits ne s'ajoute pas aux panier, mais malheureusement les techniciens ne trouve pas le problème. Je dois donc tout refaire et trouver une autre application

I swear if you can avoid this app, do so. This is a real review. I run a high paced print shop and their app was only fine for single orders. Not high volume. As soon as the file was too large or complicated or any file a customer uploaded that was actually of good quality, their app wouldnt allow me to download on the backend. Then i have to wait 24 hours for them to email me the files (when i can reach out to the customer faster and get it printed).

Customers can upload their images, but they dont allow you to download it on the backend. So you are basically paying InkyBay for nothing.

Then they pretend like the issue doesnt exist, even though I have brought it up nearly every day for 2 months. They say "it looks good on my end" when its not their end im worried about. I need it on my computer not theirs. I finally decided today to cancel it.

I have used this service with nothing but headaches and fear if it will work today or not. And thats not something worth paying for.

LISTEN FOLKS THERE ARE BETTER MORE RELIABLE CHEAPER SERVICES OUT THERE. DONT TRUST THIS ONE. IF YOU DO, YOU WILL SEE WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT AND REMEMBER I WARNED YOU.

I'm writing to express my disappointment regarding our scheduled onboarding meeting. While I appreciated the detailed responses to my initial questions and was looking forward to getting started with Inkybay, the experience with our scheduled call was far from satisfactory.

I stayed up until 9:30 PM PDT for our meeting and waited for ten minutes, but no one joined, and I was kicked out. This lack of punctuality has significantly impacted my initial impression of Inkybay.

Given this experience, I'm finding it difficult to fully trust the assurances provided in your previous email. Reliable onboarding and support are crucial for my small business, and this no-show has raised serious concerns.

When I initially spoke to customer support, I was offered a plan fo $19.99 only to be charged $49.99. Be careful. They will scam you out of your money. Now I have to fight with my bank and Shopify to get my money back. I will never use this app again. FRAUDS!!!

So far NO GOOD - App constantly freezes up in the back end - ! Locks me OUT COMPLETELY! Also when adding text or images at a specific size needed, SAY 10.5" wide - this app does not preview a typed in value correctly. instead, it previews it the entire width of the shirt.
