Not responsive. Hard to reach out. We tried to use their app thinking their app is better than others and even subsribed to them, at first, i saw a drop in our conversion. And I was wondering what is the problem. After few weeks, I received a feedback that why is our product is tagged as SOLD OUT even though I checked, we have that inventory. And we tried to click the continuous selling but still not working. I do not recommend this, we;ve wasted a lot of money!

They refused to refund me because I only used the app for half an hour! First, they said my bill had to be paid, and then they withheld my money for a whole month. I waited a whole month for a refund for an app I only used for half an hour. I don't recommend it!

Spent over 30 minutes building a bundle with different products, thinking I could connect each variant to its specific SKU so my supplier would know exactly what to ship. Turns out Koala doesn’t support that. It just applies a discount with no real SKU tracking. Total waste of time

absolute dog, doesnt even properly load when loading site
Attempted to install and use Volume Discount, but kept coming up with non logical errors saying quantities should be unique, which they clearly were. Frustrating and waste of time. Deinstalled and gave up.
