The app back office is easy to navigate. There is no writing code or need to understand how to add it to the app stores. I did have some questions in the beginning and the customer service team is wonderful! They get back to you quickly and are willing to walk you through everything if you need them to. We've been trying to launch an app on Google Play and iOS, which has been extremely challenging. Getting through all the hoops on iOS has been especially tough, to the point where we've given up.
