導入前に問い合わせた際にもレスポンスがとても速く、チャットで簡単に質問できることも教えてくださいました。
インストール時には必要なページが自動で開き、説明も掲載されていたので迷うことなく１分ほどで完了。20分後には、サイトに合わせたポップが導入することができ、ストレスフリーで設置することができたので、今後も色々と活用したいと思います。
This product is already very helpful in our marketing but a product is only equally valuable if it has great customer support team especially for this type of products that would require immediate tech support or else we lose thousands of dollars. Very fast and very knowledgeable customer support. Keep up the prompt response to customers and you will go far.
Good functionalities for the price, with extensive targeting options and editable (basic) email template for follow-ups. We first used Shopify Forms, but as that one does not have multilang support we switched to this one which allows us to do custom forms for different markets.
