Manage your custom order proofs

Are you still sending emails back and forth with customers to manage your custom order proof process? Wouldn't it be great to be able to upload order proofs right from your order dashboard, and have them automatically be sent out to customers? That's where Proofer comes in. Proofer manages the custom order approval process from start to finish, without you ever having to manually send an email again!

How does it work?

When a new order comes in, simply open the order in your order dashboard and click on "Manage proof", where you're able to upload a variety of file types (e.g. images, PDFs). The proof is then sent to your customer, using a customizable email template. Once the customer has approved the proof or requested changes, you'll receive an automated notification email. You can also track the status of your proofs in our admin backend.

What's the difference between the free and paid plan?

Our free plan is meant for shops with fewer than 10 orders per month. If you deal with a larger order volume, you'll need to upgrade to the appropriate plan after your 14-day free trial has ended.

very easy to use app and makes you look professional with your customers. The app developer is very responsive, I asked him to have the ability to send the print proof to a different contact than the customer who placed the order and this was done in few days.
As a next step, it would be good to have the ability to send the proof to multiple emails at the same time.
