The app category for this app is miss-leading shop owners as it is not 100% free. The app developer needs to correct this. It has 4 different plans, one of them is free. Free plan only has 500 push notifications and increases to 5000, 15000, and Unlimited for $10, $20 and $30. People are allowed to install the app as many times as they want, you just can't push to only 500 with free plan. Cost is find since if only 1% (5) of the people buy something from push, you more than have enough to upgrade the plan to extend it to 5,000 subscriber push notifications.

Sorry but there is some confusion,

The app is totally FREE to use which helps beginners to start. Subscription for push notification is unlimited in all plans. The limit is for push notifications based on the plan you choose.
