Really impressed with response times and general customer service! I was looking for a simple tool which allowed for customization of our GOVINO Drinkware. Many of our competitors have built super robust tools which can be overwhelming to many consumer facing users. The Qstomizer APP is simple to configure and we love the Instagram feed. On pins and needles for future APP and custom development as we move forward with this project.

The app is good and the customer service is great. They answer and resolve the issues fast.
The product is great but we don't put 5 stars because, according to us, some features are missing and the loading is quite slow.
Amazing service and a product that can be improved.

Qstomizer has provided me a platform that is a pinnacle for my brand to succeed. The customer service was by far the best compared to any of the other product customizer apps I found on Shopify. The app needed quite a bit of changes for it to work the way I needed it for my website and brand. All I have had to do to remedy these issues is send an email and they have all been taken care of quickly. I definitely would highly recommend this app!

Ramon was a big help, letting me use my own art to be customized verses using a blanket canvas. It took a few times for me to use the app but after I got started I was good to go. This app has a lot of functions and many options.
