We set minimum order quantities for certain products. Several times customers have been able to cash out when not meeting the minimum requirement. We then have to go and explain to the customer and cancel their order. It's super frustrating and when I reach out to the app for assistance, I have never gotten any help to fix the problem. Their response time is so slow. Unfortunately we will be finding another app that can do this.

Absolutely the best customer service. I needed a customization to how the quantity discounts displayed and they without hesitation implemented it for me. If you need a quantity discount plugin, this is the one!
Very usefull app! I had a main request for apps like this. To load fast! And this app loads very fast. The products page discounts appear almost instant.
Another thing is that the looks must be customizable, and this app allows you to customize appearance in product page and in collection page.
Also the support is A+++++
