I use this app on a daily basis, it's an amazing app. Works great!
I wanted a few customizations for my account, the email support team was fast and great, they helped me with all that I requested.
We use this app to integrate Shopify transactions to QBO. We have multiple sites and use it on every one. The integration was very easy, and the customer service provided by Parex is absolutely excellent. I always have a response within 24 hours and they take care of everything right away. Highly recommend.
Kumar has been great in helping me fix the issues for our company. We had some issues setting up our account, because we have a unique way of matching our inventory to our sales -- and he went above and beyond to change my mind about the app and its usefulness! Really recommend -- thanks for going above and beyond for our company.

App Oscar from me to Kumar, Raising the bar above all the other Quickbooks Apps here that are 3x or 4x the costs. I emailed them all and asked a simple question, Can I import only customers orders that we give credit to? All the others eventually responded "no", by the time they responded we were already up and running with this app and its awesome support!
