QuickSync for TikTok Shop

Had to drop a point because the tool randomly stopped syncing and I was not alerted. Because this is a new tool to me, I checked to see everything was syncing and it wasn't. Had to reach out to CS to make sure they fixed it.

Update 2: stopped syncing again. Dropped another point. I shouldn't have to check on it to make sure its working properly.

Update 3: this app randomly stops syncing with no warning. Do not recommend unless you plan on checking daily to make sure it is syncing

I could not even get past the onboarding. The app was soooooo slow and it wouldn't even let me set up the initial settings. I will find something better, and I'm definitely not keeping it for $19/mo

QuickSync is reliable and easy to use.

Joseph has been incredibly helpful throughout the entire QuickSync setup process. He’s been very responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in making sure everything runs smoothly. Anytime an issue came up, he was quick to jump in with a solution and clearly explain next steps. AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COSTS! Twice this app has had what the app support call a “bug”, it’s removed random inventory for over 750 different items and variety’s, this app has caused weeks and weeks of work! Incorrect inventory on both Shopify & TikTok and 3 stock takes to correct this “bug” lost massive amounts in sales due to my items being randomly removed completely out of stock.

Had a few issues, still in trial, will update review shortly. But kudos to Jayson, customer service is so far definitely available and helpful. Responses are good, and the BS support "ticket" created by staff who don't even know their own product is not the case here.

This app is amazing, and the customer support has been exceptional! I ran into some setup issues initially, but Omar was quick to assist and answered all my questions thoroughly. Now, the app syncs orders seamlessly, solving a problem that used to cause me a lot of frustration. If you think this app could suit your business, I definitely recommend giving it a shot—it’s been a game-changer for me!

Resolving their integration errors takes up to a week, which is unacceptable for any business. The management team shows no regard for their customers. Despite being promised a discounted rate for onboarding three stores, they suddenly revoked the discount without any prior notice. I only discovered this when I was downgraded to the cheapest tier, resulting in syncing being turned off and 50 TikTok orders left unsynced.

Their decision to prioritize profits over customer agreements is disappointing. While the customer service team is polite, they lack the authority to resolve any real issues. Overall, this service is not worth the cost. There are plenty of better, more affordable alternatives on the market that provide superior features and support.

They guilt-trip customers into leaving glowing reviews with a screenshot right after setup, but I highly doubt many customers stick with them long-term.

Overall, this service is not worth the cost. There are plenty of better, more affordable alternatives that provide reliable features and genuine support without the headaches.

Amazing, I've been using this a while now and it's just so seamless. The customer service alone is 5* and they really understand the app so are quick to help trouble shoot.

Took me a while to find this app and when I did, it's just what I needed to sync my shopify store to my tiktok account. Would def recommend!
