I had trouble connecting my Shopify store to TikTok Shop, but as soon as I logged into the website, an agent named Joseph popped up and offered help. He was incredibly helpful in syncing my products and provided valuable suggestions to set everything up correctly. Joseph even shared some useful video links to help me learn more about the process. He continues to help every time I need assistance. His patience and clear explanations made the entire experience stress-free and efficient. I truly appreciate the exceptional support and would highly recommend their service to anyone in need of assistance!
they have terrible customer service i tried to get help from their agents they assumed they were syncing my products but it turned out that only half of the data was synced
