QuickSync for TikTok Shop

I had trouble connecting my Shopify store to TikTok Shop, but as soon as I logged into the website, an agent named Joseph popped up and offered help. He was incredibly helpful in syncing my products and provided valuable suggestions to set everything up correctly. Joseph even shared some useful video links to help me learn more about the process. He continues to help every time I need assistance. His patience and clear explanations made the entire experience stress-free and efficient. I truly appreciate the exceptional support and would highly recommend their service to anyone in need of assistance!

Omar was extremely helpful in his response. They precise, to the point and preffesional. Unfortunately QuickSync did not work where I live but he made it easier to understand why.

they have terrible customer service i tried to get help from their agents they assumed they were syncing my products but it turned out that only half of the data was synced

All the staff on the chat have been really helpful. I tried 2 other TikTok shop sync apps, this one is the only one that seems to work for us. Joseph has been great assistance to our team.

Updated feedback-Installed this app a few days a go, received an order and now cannot sync the order to shopify store to fulfill. Got in touch with support and they have to contact the developer which can take upto 48 hours. So disappointed, no idea what to do now. Cannot process the order at all.
Do not install this app, major issues in syncing products, I cannot process/sync the order. Just lost sales because of this app.

I have just installed quicksync and the support and guidance from Omar has been fantastic, he takes you through the whole process and guides you throughout the set up.Lets hope the app works for my business.
