You are not able to edit the product at all before syncing to TikTok. My store requires the ability to do this, and other apps are able to. This app is primarily just for syncing and nothing else. Not for product management through tiktok.
Hard to maneuver through the app. Customer service is very helpful though.
3 stars for the friendly staff, and unfortunately cannot use the app because too many bugs and glitches to sync 200+ products
Hmm, I'll be real honest here - the app is not very user friendly. The best part about this app is their customer service, they are always available to assist and will help you with your issue immediately. The app needs work though. I had uploaded a batch of product about a month ago, all was well, then I added another batch a few days ago and all my previous uploads are now gone.
It's clunky, not seamless. Needs work and I'm not sure its worth the $ per month.
I also cannot sync the orders with shopify unless I ship on my own. I prefer to ship with tiktok because they offer so many great shipping deals for my customers. I really need the orders to show up in shopify though.
