QuickSync for TikTok Shop

I could not even get past the onboarding. The app was soooooo slow and it wouldn't even let me set up the initial settings. I will find something better, and I'm definitely not keeping it for $19/mo

Had to drop a point because the tool randomly stopped syncing and I was not alerted. Because this is a new tool to me, I checked to see everything was syncing and it wasn't. Had to reach out to CS to make sure they fixed it.

Update 2: stopped syncing again. Dropped another point. I shouldn't have to check on it to make sure its working properly.

Update 3: this app randomly stops syncing with no warning. Do not recommend unless you plan on checking daily to make sure it is syncing

AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COSTS! Twice this app has had what the app support call a “bug”, it’s removed random inventory for over 750 different items and variety’s, this app has caused weeks and weeks of work! Incorrect inventory on both Shopify & TikTok and 3 stock takes to correct this “bug” lost massive amounts in sales due to my items being randomly removed completely out of stock.

I'm not sure how this app received lots of 5-star reviews. In my experience, lots of products were not able to sync and (according to the live support) it was for the most random of errors like
- product must have inventory (yes it did have available inventory)
- product name cannot be less than 25 characters (what?)
- etc

Just find other apps guys...

they have terrible customer service i tried to get help from their agents they assumed they were syncing my products but it turned out that only half of the data was synced

Cant even connect my store without getting pushed to the home page

They force you to review it before you are able to test it. There are so many features that do not function and will mess up your inventory, including returns, orders not syncing immediately after being placed on tiktok, not accurately marking the inventory as "committed" which makes audits impossible. Do not recommend, uninstalled immediately after seeing it on a few orders. Horrible

AVOID!!! DO NOT INSTALL APP! SCAM

The App is full in BETA , they dont support nothing.. Import products as variants. Additional Meta Fields are not supported, and you need todo anything manual.

For 30 Euro every Month is that to expensive.

The service has been a terrible experience overall. The app is unreliable, functioning properly less than 10% of the time. Resolving their integration errors takes up to a week, which is unacceptable for any business. The management team shows no regard for their customers. Despite being promised a discounted rate for onboarding three stores, they suddenly revoked the discount without any prior notice. I only discovered this when I was downgraded to the cheapest tier, resulting in syncing being turned off and 50 TikTok orders left unsynced.

Their decision to prioritize profits over customer agreements is disappointing. While the customer service team is polite, they lack the authority to resolve any real issues. Overall, this service is not worth the cost. There are plenty of better, more affordable alternatives on the market that provide superior features and support.
