they have terrible customer service i tried to get help from their agents they assumed they were syncing my products but it turned out that only half of the data was synced

My experience with this service has been nothing short of disappointing. The app is highly unreliable, working properly less than 10% of the time. When integration errors occur, it takes up to a week to resolve them—an unacceptable timeframe for any business. The management team seems completely indifferent to their customers' needs. I was promised a discounted rate for onboarding three stores, only to have it revoked without any warning. I discovered this change after being downgraded to the cheapest tier, which disabled syncing and left 50 TikTok orders unprocessed.

It’s clear that their priority is profit, not customer satisfaction or honoring agreements. Although the customer service team is friendly, they lack the authority to make meaningful changes. To make matters worse, many of their 5-star reviews appear forced. Customers are pressured to leave positive reviews immediately after setup, often with a screenshot as proof. I strongly doubt many people continue using their service over time.

Overall, this service is overpriced and unreliable. There are numerous better and more affordable alternatives that provide consistent functionality and genuine support without the hassle.

Resolving their integration errors takes up to a week, which is unacceptable for any business. The management team clearly shows no regard for their customers. Despite being promised a discounted rate for onboarding three stores, they revoked the discount without any prior notice. I only found out after being downgraded to the cheapest tier, which disabled syncing and left 50 TikTok orders in limbo.

Their decision to prioritize profits over honoring customer agreements is both frustrating and disappointing. While their customer service team is polite, they have no real power to resolve issues. To add to the frustration, most of their 5-star reviews seem disingenuous. They guilt-trip customers into leaving glowing reviews with a screenshot right after setup, but I highly doubt many customers stick with them long-term.

Overall, this service is not worth the cost. There are plenty of better, more affordable alternatives that provide reliable features and genuine support without the headaches.

It definitely does not synchronise the products.
Of the 1170 products, only 2 of them were able to upload tiktok. I definitely do not recommend it.

I'm not sure how this app received lots of 5-star reviews. In my experience, lots of products were not able to sync and (according to the live support) it was for the most random of errors like
- product must have inventory (yes it did have available inventory)
- product name cannot be less than 25 characters (what?)
- etc

Just find other apps guys...
