I had a very good experience with Omar who helped through every step of the way and even stayed in the chat waiting for me to go through the steps properly. Once I finished with everything and he checked on his end thats when I knew I was in good hands. Thanks again Omar!
This app is fantastic, and the customer support is top-notch! I initially had some trouble with the setup, but Omar was extremely helpful and quick to address all my questions. Now, the app syncs orders flawlessly, eliminating a major frustration I used to have. If you think this app could benefit your business, I highly recommend giving it a try—it’s worked great for me!
After the setup i found out that we cant sync anything if we are printing the labels directly from tiktok. So In this case i have to unistall it. Its not really Quicksync's issue. its a limitation from tiktok and cant accuse quicksync for this.
Updated feedback-Installed this app a few days a go, received an order and now cannot sync the order to shopify store to fulfill. Got in touch with support and they have to contact the developer which can take upto 48 hours. So disappointed, no idea what to do now. Cannot process the order at all.
Do not install this app, major issues in syncing products, I cannot process/sync the order. Just lost sales because of this app.
I have just installed quicksync and the support and guidance from Omar has been fantastic, he takes you through the whole process and guides you throughout the set up.Lets hope the app works for my business.

This app is incredible and so is the customer support! I had trouble setting it up at first but Omar was helpful and quick to do his best to answer my questions. Now the app is syncing orders perfectly and it takes away such a frustration I had in the past. If you think this app is a good fit for your business, I recommend trying it now because for me it has worked very well.
Khaled has been very hands on with the process. I am hoping the have my current orders to sync. The customer service has been right on time. I have been looking for direct answers instead of AI response and this was exactly what I needed.
Part 2 w/ Omar: I received a message while reviewing my account from Omar who noticed some unsynced products and he immediately go on the problem. Typically in situations like this the customer would have to reach out to support but instead they are actually monitoring the accounts to insure the run smoothy and I appreciate that. I also received a direct email so I look forward to continuing to work with Omar if any other problem comes up instead of a new rep or AI.
App has been quick and easy to use, product has all been uploaded seamlessly and we've started seeing sales in Tik-Tok shop. Omar has been brilliant in assisting when we've come across any small issues. Recommended
The service has been an overall terrible experience. The app is extremely unreliable, functioning properly less than 10% of the time. Resolving their integration errors takes up to a week, which is unacceptable for any business. The management team clearly shows no regard for their customers. Despite being promised a discounted rate for onboarding three stores, they revoked the discount without any prior notice. I only found out after being downgraded to the cheapest tier, which disabled syncing and left 50 TikTok orders in limbo.
Their decision to prioritize profits over honoring customer agreements is both frustrating and disappointing. While their customer service team is polite, they have no real power to resolve issues. To add to the frustration, most of their 5-star reviews seem disingenuous. They guilt-trip customers into leaving glowing reviews with a screenshot right after setup, but I highly doubt many customers stick with them long-term.
Overall, this service is not worth the cost. There are plenty of better, more affordable alternatives that provide reliable features and genuine support without the headaches.
they have terrible customer service i tried to get help from their agents they assumed they were syncing my products but it turned out that only half of the data was synced
