Quizify ‑ Product Quiz Builder

This is a really robust product recommendation quiz app. We have been able to do everything we need so far. The quizify support team is very friendly, helpful and reply promptly whenever you need any help. Love it so far!

I took so long trying to find exactly what I was looking for and Quizify was my saving grace! It will give customers a fun interaction on our website. And the customer service was a 10/10!

The quiz builder is very easy to use and the support is really great! If you're looking for something like this...don't look further, just give it a try. Definitely one of the most valuable apps that we use.

The app was having some issues but the support team was able to get it resolved quickly. It is fairly easy to use and configure as well.

Very bad experience. It's ok in terms of logic and sequence options, and the ability to customise in terms of branding, but the app itself is extremely glitchy. Takes forever to load. Is really sensitive and clicks to new pages when you're trying to work on it. We launched our site last week and have had customers complain that the answers take them to the wrong place (eg selecting "female" and taking them down the male logic sequence, whereas sometimes it works on the correct sequence). Results page isn't letting us add products to cart individually, even though we selected that option, as well as the "add all to cart". Additionally there are limitations in customising that last thank you page. But the final straw and what made me finally write this review is that suddenly our quiz is down, and is the main feature of our business. You click on it and it says "404 not found", even though it's still clearly visible when you enter from the admin section. We've tried from several countries. Support is terrible. Our developers tried contacting them weeks ago, and then again 4 days ago for other issues and just haven't heard back. If they could just improve the support side, the other issues wouldn't be so frustrating. Booked an appointment via their calendly. I got emailed a confirmation without a joining link or details.

This app has glitches and doesn't load when you copy and paste in the html. It creates quick and easy quizzes but takes too long to load when it does work.

The app is great and setting up my first quiz was super easy. Support team of Quizify was very helpful. I recommend this app!
