RabbitROI is a cash on delivery (COD) order form and profit tracker for Shopify stores. Shoppers order on a one-page form with your own fields, a city dropdown, quantity offers, bundles and upsells. Every COD order is then tracked with Leopards, TCS, PostEx and other couriers, and each customer gets a delivery rating, so you can confirm risky orders before they turn into RTO. Meta and TikTok ad spend is matched to delivered orders to show the real profit per campaign, product and order.

Finally an app that shows my actual profit and not just sales. It pulls in my Facebook ad spend, product costs and courier charges and gives me real numbers per day. Before this I was doing it all in Excel and honestly guessing half of it. The courier tracking is really useful too, I can see returns and delivered orders without logging into DEX separately. Not perfect yet but the team keeps adding things and they actually listen.
