Finally an app that shows my actual profit and not just sales. It pulls in my Facebook ad spend, product costs and courier charges and gives me real numbers per day. Before this I was doing it all in Excel and honestly guessing half of it. The courier tracking is really useful too, I can see returns and delivered orders without logging into DEX separately. Not perfect yet but the team keeps adding things and they actually listen.
Thank you for this review! Showing real profit instead of just sales is exactly why we built RabbitROI, and we're glad you don't have to rebuild it in Excel any more. Good to hear courier tracking is saving you trips into DEX too. We know it isn't perfect yet, and we keep adding couriers and fixing rough edges every week. If anything looks off in your numbers, message us from the in-app support chat and we'll look at it right away.

Using it from the last 1 week i must they are doing an exceptional job, support is 10/10, the customization in the form is tbh very very detailed & today they have launched there whatsapp automation, & it is very different & good from the available apps in market, i have asked them for some new features they applied within 24 hours, recommended from our side.
Thank you so much for the kind words and for trusting RabbitROI with Secretblush.co! We're glad the form customization is working well for you, and that the new WhatsApp automation is already useful in your first week. Building the features you asked for was our pleasure. Merchant requests like yours decide what we build next, so please keep them coming. Our support team is always a message away whenever you need anything. Wishing Secretblush.co many more orders!
