This app is awesome! Well, actually the custom support is AWESOME!! It didn't work for me at all to begin with, but customer support was on top of things and had it doing everything I needed quickly! I'm incredibly happy to be switching to their much more affordable option to Hello Rep which doesn't have a less expensive plan for small businesses. If it doesn't do exactly what you need, contact support, they're amazing. In this day and age of automated everything, it was a very pleasant surprise!

I've had this app for a month or two now, and must say that it's super well-built. On top of that, their team has always been super responsive and professional, and they take feedback seriously as well. Fantastic stuff, guys!

SmartChat is great - it has drastically cut down on customer service inquiries so we have been able to reduce the hours spent answering basic questions that customers really can answer on their own but sometimes they don't know where to look. SmartChat helps them by bringing the info directly to them that is found on our website - they just did not find it on their own or did not know where to look. I am thrilled that I came across this app. Easy to set up as well. Thank you SmartChat!!!!

Really cool chatbot app! Even though it's not perfect, I'm really interested in seeing it develop and it's got great useful features even now.

Great capabilities, this app allows for seamless AI communication with your customers managing most of the messages that running your online store requires. It is a pretty intuitive system with greater capability than I first imagined.

As soon as I installed this Avast anti virus flagged an aborted infection for virus JS:cardstealer-AQ[Trj]. App was very slow as well upon install. Suspicious how this is even on the official Shopify app store if its infected with a trojan virus.
