Magic Checkout is a perfect example of how poor leadership can destroy customer trust. The technical team behaves as if resolving customers' problems is completely optional. More than 30 days have passed without any meaningful response. Their assurances feel completely worthless. And where is the founder? Does the leadership even care about how customers are treated? If this is the standard set by the founder, it explains the terrible service. One of my worst experiences with a checkout service

Magic Checkout has managed to turn a technical support issue into an absolutely frustrating experience. Their technical team seems very comfortable keeping customers waiting indefinitely. One month without a meaningful answer is not a delay — it's a complete failure of customer service. What makes it worse is the repeated assurances without visible action. The founder and management are ultimately responsible for this culture of negligence. I have completely lost trust in this company.

It really is extremely bad application. First I was using razorpay magic checkout as usual. But then they made me uninstall that application from shopify. Made me set up magic checkout again which doesn't even work. When I try to reinstall the old app, they say I am on waitlist. The customer service is pathetic. I wouldn't even rate 1 star for this. Avoid this
