We are using Rebuy on all 6 of our Shopfiy stores and it's definitely the bees knees of upsell /bundling apps. And we looked at A LOT of options including full custom code builds and custom apps builds.

As with any solution there are pros and cons that will be more or less important depending on your situation:

CONS
- Out of the box designs are pretty limited and it's best to use their $1,000 USD launch package to get everything set up how you want by their dev team.
- This process wasn't as smooth as we'd hoped - Rebuy is a big platform with lots of functionality and options - a lot more could have been done to help us prepare for this process so that it could go more smoothly. There was a lot of back and forth to get everything set up. Ideally you go to them with full mock ups of all the widgets you need and exactly how you want them to work. For this you need to know all of the deals you might want to run through those widgets and how they will need to function. It's a lot to think about and prepare for. In saying that many of their widgets are quite dynamic and there is good flexibility with running multiple types of deals and offers through the same widget. But I guess be prepared that you won't be able to do this 100% of the time.
- If you want to make major changes to the design/functionality of your widgets, you might need to use their launch package again and go through their dev team to achieve this.
- There is a lot of custom coding to get it set up. You're building a pretty big platform in to your store and so it's a new system to manage moving forward. If you have any issues you'll most likely need to go through their dev team to fix them. We haven't experienced any major issues or glitches with their platform in the 6 months we've been live.
- It's reasonably pricey but in our opinion worth it's worth it.

PROS
- Their team is awesome. The support is 10/10. I think this is a big part of why the cost is worth it. Everyone is super friendly and they are based in multiple time zones so you can always get help when you need it. On top of that they get back to you fast and so you don't go waiting 24 hours to actually get assistance.
- They know the platform inside out and have lots of epic ideas to help you execute your deals in the best way possible. Our account manager has been going well above and beyond what i'd expect to help us get deals live on our store and execute them in the best way possible. It's seriously A class support and again this is why it's worth the cost for us.
- Once you've used the launch package to set everything up you're store will be at a new level of gangsterness. We were using an upsell and bundling app before and after moving to Rebuy the success of our upsells and bundles has improved because the useability is SO MUCH better. They are wizards and can pretty much achieve any UX/UI you want, making everything seamless across your store.

Definitely recommend this app highly and just be as prepared as you can for the onboarding process with your designs and functionality requirements.

Our stores if you want to check out some widgets - we're using the smart cart with built in upsells and also the bundling widget on our bundle pages that lets people add 2 items to cart at once. We plan to roll out 2 or 3 more upsell widgets next year throughout the shopping journey as they've been so successful.

Here is my advice: Stop looking at other options and sign up for Rebuy now! This is one of the most intuitive, effective, and all encompassing plugins available on Shopify. I'm a busy guy so I opted for the Rebuy team do my install which was an INCREDIBLE experience. For the value they offer, it is super reasonably priced. Not to mention their team is fricken awesome. I worked with Aiman on my pre-launch/launch and Dante walked me through how to set up my data sources. Both of these guys went above and beyond and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. On to the best part, I keep seeing orders come in with Rebuy add ons. If you're looking to generate more conversions, higher AOV, and elevating every aspect of the customer journey, Rebuy is the way to go.

Rebuy has a huge ROI for our team as it allows us to play with merchandising all over the site without using any developer time. The team at Rebuy has been super helpful at every step to make sure we are making the most of all the features they have to offer. We've seen a meaningfully increased AOV since installing the app.

Rebuy is comprehensive enough to customise our cart ourselves in 90% of cases, but for the rest 10% of edge cases or that extra bit of custom functionality Rebuy has a fantastic support team. They will go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals and you will learn things along the way. I wish they had a more comprehensive docs and for that I am taking off the 6th star. Sorry Rebuy, only 5 stars for you this time ;)

Such a powerful app, and relatively easy to install and configure. While they do have great documentation for how to install yourself, their merchant success team goes above and beyond. Special thanks to Rich and the Rebuy development team for doing the heavy lifting on what I couldn't do myself! The support really is unmatched, I am removing other upsell apps on my stores because Rebuy does it all and they help you every step of the way!

This app is amazing, but also the team behind it always goes above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. We have requested so many edits on our widgets, and they have gladly made them all. Definitely would recommend it to increase the AOV with all the different widgets. Tip: get the package that includes customization! amazing!

The system is very robust, but has also been easy to use and allows for quick and easy implementation of incentives to increase AOV. In particular, I was VERY impressed with their support staff. We had a quick turn around on a unique feature we wanted to implement and their team sprang into action and was incredibly communicative throughout the process. Janet and Isaac in particular went above and beyond (including responding over the weekend) to ensure our promo was live for Black Friday sales. Great team along with the product

We live in a world where there are quite literally a bajillion different apps to serve our needs as ecomm business owners. For any problem you have, or any value add you want to provide, there are at least 10 apps for your problem. Having the tech work is the baseline for a successful experience, and ReBuy's tech is great, or at least seems so to a dummy like me. Working with an app or service provider that still understands the singular core principle of a successful partnership - treating your customer's like they matter and with the understanding that they're the reason you have a business - is as rare as a white rhino these days. That's where ReBuy excels. To that point I don't even know if it's their entire company, but we work with a guy named Max as our customer success manager, and this dude just fkn gets it. Max was there every step of the way during on-boarding, but the VIP treatment didn't end there, including during post-implementation, and BFCM, where he was on it continuing to be a resource, responding at any hour just to be sure his clients were ok during the most chaotic month of the year. I'm sure other apps can do what ReBuy does and if I had to guess some could do it cheaper but in today's day and age, having a team behind you, in your own time zone, that speaks your language, and understands your challenges deeply is quite literally priceless. Thank you Rebuy and Thank You Max.
