I was a little nervous at first about paying their price but I love Rebuy. They've totally increased my AOV. I'm not sure about the other reps but Max is my go to guy. He just doesn't set the app up then leave you in the dust. We have regular meeting on implementing new strategies and he's very knowledgable about his craft. Amazing platform! Rebuy is a super powerful tool to add to your tech stack and grow your business. Still in the early stages, however onboarding has been smooth. Merchants are paired with support specialists to ensure you make the most of the platform. Katie, has been amazing, any merchant would be lucky to have her! Also worth mentioning, the Rebuy support team is some of the best product support I have ever experienced! Quick to reply, thorough with diagnosing issues and proposing solutions. Highly recommend!

The setup process with Rebuy was smooth and easy! I worked with Suki and she was extremely helpful, attentive, and prompt! Anytime I had a question that seemed easier to explain face to face she'd get a zoom meeting scheduled asap. It made it so easy to understand what was happening and how the setup and implementation process was going. We are loving the ease of use and the upsell features Rebuy offers. Highly recommend!

Rebuy is a powerful tool that is a must-have for your store. From cross-selling, smart cart with rich in features, upselling and fully customizable widgets. Max Trummer is a top-notch and is knowledgeable in helping us and introducing some feature we don't have an idea about that can help our store conversion. Approachable and understand what we want to do with our store. Also kudos to Nam that is quick to response, solved and assist us implementing a script for our campaigns.

Rebuy has been an absolute game-changer for our Shopify store. We saw a lift in AOV from day one of installing it, and we continue to find ways to get the right products in front of the right people. There are still features I'm discovering new uses for every day. Our success manager, Max Strummer, has been incredibly helpful in getting us to a point where we're consistently seeing a 15-20% increase in AOV, not to mention increased overall conversions. We've even hooked up Rebuy product recommendations to our customer shipping notifications. It's a fantastic platform.

Very smooth implementation process! Suki, the Launch Manager as well as Monica, the Merchant Success Manager have both been excellent to work with and available to assist with any questions along the process. The app setup has been pretty straight forward and I appreciate the seamless integration that Rebuy has with other platforms like review and subscription apps. Already seeing a return less than a week after launch!
