Rebuy has been a massive help with increasing our AOV after just installing smart cart. We've added a post purchase upsell and are excited to see how it performs. Recently, we had a theme issue outside of Rebuy's control - however Nam and our success manager Max went out of their way to resolve the issue at midnight eastern time. The Rebuy team is amazing and the Rebuy app has been a great revenue driver for Kopari. Postive ROI since launch - the automated order follow up emails have been huge. Excited to launch checkout cross-sells!

I joined my current business without experience in Rebuy, but having used them for a year and setting extremely competitive targets for the Rebuy team, they have exceeded all expectations. Janet, Aaron and the rest of the team have been instrumental in increasing our revenue from rebuy from a high 3-figure sum to a healthy sum in the tens of thousands. They are now considered a 'crucial' app in our e-commerce stack, even on our headless sites.
Every time we've given feedback, suggestions or bugs, the team has been extremely responsive. I'm looking forward to using them even more in the future.
