Love that I can use AI to drive merchandising decisions on my site. Support has been top notch whenever I have a question or need custom help.

My only feedback would be that the interface and customization can be a bit clunky for a novice. While functionality works perfectly, the aesthetics by default are very basic and require considerable CSS to stylize properly. If Rebuy was to add a GUI or Drag-and-Drop interface to stylize their widgets, this app would be perfect.

The latest version actually updated their discounting to use Shopify Functions which makes this app usable so I recently reinstalled it.

The good. It does a lot in one app. GWP, Tiered GWP, Cross sells, Bundles, Post Purchase.
My main complaint that this app is not intuitive and although their support is responsive it does take a lot of time to get this app up and running the way you want. There is a ton of time spent on troubleshooting. I am still trying to get GWP to work. I am currently using a different app (that literally took 3 min to set up) for that because I am still working on getting it to work in Rebuy.
Another time suck is their inconsistent CSS styling across their components and carts. This means you will have to spend extra time writing CSS (hate!) making this app appear consistent across your website. When asked about this their support wrote:
"The widgets and Smart Cart just happen to have different styling. For instance, the line items are bolded in Smart Cart but items in widgets are not. Please note that we cannot provide support for customizations beyond the scope of Rebuy."
So my take is that app comes with a lot of functionality/stats but expect to also spend a lot of time on getting it right.

We had such a wonderful launch journey with Ian, Suki, Kelsey and Vinson. Each of them really took the time to listen to our needs and came up with accommodating and innovative solutions. We were really impressed by how intelligent and efficient the rebuy team were. We have only just launched so we will be monitoring the results over the next two months but I have to say, this team has already made it rewarding for us. Thank you for an amazing, launch service!

Rebuy is a great app for any Shopify store looking to enhance personalization and drive cart upsells. Lots of flexible options, seamless integrations and conversion drivers. Janet is the best to work with. It's easy to set dynamic merchandising rules and run different AB tests. Definitely recommend!

We have been with Rebuy for 7 months now. Beware of the following: 1) They will promise you a dedicate customer success manager whom is supposed to be proactive in offering strategy, data review etc- none of this will happen unless you continually beg for it. 2) They will charge you for recurring subscription revenue although when asked during onboarding, we were told that we would only be charged for the initial order. 3) REVIEW your monthly Shopify monthly bills from Rebuy very careful! They had overcharged us several thousand dollars and had we not checked, we would have never known.
