I absolutely love REBUY! It has helped me increase revenue so fast. Max Trummer has been great to work with. He personally reached out to me and asked me to schedule a call with him because there were a few things he thought we could do better, and I appreciated his insight and help so much. All I can say is WOW!!! I've been growing our E-Commerce for a few years now so I've worked with a ton of apps, dev teams, account managers, etc and Rebuy has absolutely blown me away with their knowledge, support, creative and dev work. This app, and more importantly this team, will save me thousands that I would have had to pay to a dev team all while Rebuy increases revenue and the customer experience . Rich is the best account manager I've ever had across ANY app and Emelia is the best dev lead I've ever worked with. Rebuy is a home run for sure!

Rebuy is a great app. The widgets sometimes need a bit of customization to work exactly like we want but the support team has always been responsive and helpful.

The system is very robust, but has also been easy to use and allows for quick and easy implementation of incentives to increase AOV. In particular, I was VERY impressed with their support staff. We had a quick turn around on a unique feature we wanted to implement and their team sprang into action and was incredibly communicative throughout the process. Janet and Isaac in particular went above and beyond (including responding over the weekend) to ensure our promo was live for Black Friday sales. Great team along with the product

Rebuy offers so many different options to optimize the checkout and create non-possible upsells. It's a must have for every professional eCom Seller!

Thus far this app has done well for us without really any stressful work involved. Have tried all the others out there and this is the easiest so far (and rewarding). Ian is our rep that helped onboard when we signed up for the first platform, also helped do more work and teaching when we signed up for the shopify plus platform as well. He did an awesome job to say the least. I do wish so options were easier to edit sizes of (like the upsale product images bigger vs the words) on the page, but that is just because I'm petty about the website looking the best ha. Very glad we are using this app now and look forward to seeing what Rebuy does this holiday season on the website!
