I love working with Suki! She's been great at helping me get started with setting up the app, answering my questions and making sure the delivery was executed on time. She was great at explaining what was my next steps, what the integration could do and what were my best options.

So far the experience has been very good with Suki!

The app speaks for itself, world-class, but what really makes the difference is the CS. They are unbelievable. Quick response, they know their stuff and they are very willing to go in and make changes to your code to get the outcome desired. As someone who isn't a developer, it is invaluable. They have fixed and improved so many parts of our widgets fr me.

We're just getting started with the Rebuy app and Emelia was super helpful and responsive with our setup. Maria went above and beyond explaining how data sources work in relationship to the widgets. We feel this app has great potential for our store.

Literally anytime I add an app to my theme, Rebuy breaks and their support is less than helpful. I end up losing sales, and jumping through hurdles to figure out the fix and or uninstall the app I wanted.

We had a very frustrating experience with Rebuy. As a business, Wild Oak Boutique invested $1,500 for their developers to perform custom work on our smart cart, in addition to their $999 monthly subscription. However, the code they implemented caused a major issue on our website that was isolated to Safari browsers. The bug created a loading issue that made our website appear frozen to customers, resulting in an estimated $25,000 in revenue loss before a third-party developer finally identified and fixed the problem.

Despite the obvious impact on our business, Rebuy refused to offer a refund for the custom work, citing the effort they put into it. For a service at this price point, we expected a much higher level of quality and accountability. Their unwillingness to take responsibility for the issue has left us feeling undervalued as a customer. They were only willing to offer a credit if we continued using them.

If you're considering Rebuy, proceed with extreme caution, especially if you're relying on their paid development services. We wouldn’t recommend them.
