Cannot rate highly enough. Support installed and customised the app for us and responded to all my questions in under an hour. We put the app live on our storefront and saw an immediate 7% boost to AOV. Absolute no-brainer. If you aren't already doing product, cart, and cart drawer upsells, install this app today! My only constructive feedback is that the reporting/ analytics is a bit clunky, but the info is there.

This is an excellent app that enhances upsell functionality in the cart, during checkout, and post-purchase. The customer service is outstanding. I've posed some unique and unusual questions, and they've responded promptly. Today, they provided custom code for a specific need of mine. Highly recommended.

This app helped us consolidate our tech stack. Prior to discovering ReBuy we were using separate apps for cart slider, upsells & cross sells, and recommended products. The team was extremely helpful with getting everything set up and offering their support as needed.

Our collaboration with Re-Buy has been an outstanding 5-star experience thus far. Max Trummer, our dedicated Re-Buy Success Manager, is nothing short of a company treasure. His responsiveness, unwavering assistance, exceptional patience, and availability to address inquiries in our timezone, despite being in different hemispheres, have significantly contributed to our positive experience.
The onboarding process, guided by Emelia, was exceptionally smooth and hassle-free. While it's still early days for us with the app, initial performance indicators are extremely promising. Well, we have had Rebuy Personalization app for the better part of 2022 into 2023 and the results are socksational. We launched 6 different product widgets throughout the site.
Some are AI driven while others remind visitors what products they browsed on the site (kinda like a wishlist). We have 4000 different socks so the "recently visited" widget helps remind visitors so they can add-to-cart quickly, increasing
conversions. The widget ui is silky smooth to the touch and the add-to-cart button is tightly integrated and blazing fast. In our Rebuy Smart Cart Drawer we have a 3rd party integration with "Card Isle" that fits well with our gifting and gift wrapping add-ons. We also have more AI driven widgets in the cart. On the checkout page we have another upsell widget for quick adds. And we are now testing after checkout up-sells to a specific audience. Any support questions, be it technical or marketing, are handled quickly. The launch manager made the process simple, expect to be up and running in no time, that was our experience. Highly recommend this app. Kudos to the Rebuy Team!

We implemented this app for the flyout cart and recommend items feature. I was recently having some issues and one of their customer service reps, named Diana, was a lifesaver. She was so patient and helped me fix wonky coding that our contract developers implemented in an effort to match our branding.
