Such a great app. Easy to install and makes us a ton of money. We can build out custom funnels and upsell specific products that are usually never popular. 5 stars for sure.

You definitely get the white-glove service working with Rebuy! Our team is always skeptical about working with another Shopify app/partner but we have been absolutely blown away by not only the capabilities Rebuy has to offer but also the level of support.

Because of Rebuy, we are now able to offer one-time add ons on our ReCharge checkout and have seen an insane adoption rate. There's never a shortage of new features the team has up their sleeve. They constantly keep us on our toes and have us thinking of new ways to optimize our subscription model.

Worth it. So far so excellent. Support is A+. Installation was straightforward and there are a multitude of options offered for cross-sells and upsells. Look no further, these guys are moving in the right direction.

I'M BACK with a 5 month review -- This is essential in your app stack. Been using Rebuy for over 5 months now and not only have we substantially increased our AOV but the tools available allow for a high level of personalisation. The support is next level. I can’t speak positively enough about the team going above and beyond with any interaction I’ve had. Not just being nice - but being competent - massive win! Rebuy seems to continually put resources into building and creating a tool with even more capability for merchants. 6 on 5 stars for Tom & Gary. 100% would use again and again and again. Thanks Rebuy.

It's a good app but kind of hard to get into it and the only help is articles at most but if the articles don't solve your problem then you have a problem customer support is okay they need a little bit long for answering and mostly just send another article instead of really helping. But as I said, overall it's a good app after understanding it more. UPDATE: They reached out to me and explained why they answered so slowly and helped me to solve all my problems fast and competent, the app is still a little complicated at the beginning but with them helping everything goes well!
